Some say that the toughest thing is losing weight. I beg to differ. It's all about changing your eating habits and having self control. If you already eat a balanced diet, then getting 1 hour of exercise at least 3-5 times a week will help you shed unwanted pounds. Fall is right around the corner. Although it is instinct for us to remain indoors more when it gets colder, it is important to remain active. Losing weight and having a healthy lifestyle is a serious long-term committment. To some it comes naturally and to others it is more of a challenge. When you start eating healthy you'll have more energy to become active.
