Requirements
21 to 35 hours per week. Must be available to work flexible hours between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. Must be able to work at any location in the Houma area and willing to travel outside of Houma when needed. Must be able to work Saturdays following the rotation schedule.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
6 months cash handling experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of PC/10 key functions.
Understanding of customer service techniques.
General/Basic understanding of banking services.
Good organizational skills.
Detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal/sales skills.
Customer service skills.
Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
Ability to operate a keyboard.
Ability to read and interpret a document.
Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 40 pounds is required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department an "undue hardship", then the employee must be accommodated; hence, omitting lifting as a physical requirement.
Responsible for processing deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and other transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Also responsible for the security of assigned cash and transaction documentation. The teller must be continuously aware of fraud loss and check cashing guidelines as well as all security/retail policies and procedures. Cash must be balanced within established guidelines. All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.
