Hurricane Gustav Gives Hope to 2nd District Congressional Candidates

Because of Hurricane Gustav, the preliminary race for 2nd District Congressional Candidate was pushed back from Sept. 6 to Oct. 4. This gives candidates more time to prove thier case and will bring out more voters becuase the Congress race will not be the only race on the ballot like it would have been if held on Sept. 6.
